Move your existing 13, 1300 or 1800 numbers to Jet, or order new ones, directly with Jet

Click here to go into the electronic application form once you have read the following: Moving To Jet If you already have inbound numbers (13, 1300 and 1800 services) then it is easy to port those across to Jet. All that is required is the name of your current telephone company and the account number that appears on your invoice. Get a New Number
You can also order new numbers from Jet. We have a range of Premium numbers for sale or you can order a free Standard number. Smart Numbers Smart Numbers are either easy to remember combinations or numbers that spell out words on telephone keypad. 1300 11 13 11 or 13CATS (132287). These numbers are bid for via the Australian Governments Smart Numbers auctions at www.smartnumbers.com.au . Once you have successfully secured a number you can then have it activated onto Jet's network. Payment Methods All Jet accounts are paid via direct debit from your choice of Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only) or Bank Account. An invoice is mailed to you on the 10th of each month and payment is automatically taken out 14 days later on the 24th. International Toll Free Numbers (ITFS) If you have an International Toll Free Service operating in another country (ie 0800 in the NZ, 1888 service in the USA, etc) they can generally be ported over to Jet. Unfortunately some networks are not helpful with porting, but that is in rare cases.Alternatively Jet can set up new services in over 30 countries.
